We wandered around the village for a while and had lunch there:
after which we headed off inland and north:
to a farm (Quinta do Chão D'Ordem) stay near Vila Nova de Foz Côa:
From there we did several day trips to prehistoric rock carvings along the Cõa River:
On another day, we visited some nearby small towns - Marialva:
and Trancoso:
